If freight is to be charged then there are three options available for delivery -
OVERNIGHT- This is an overnight service provided by New Zealand Couriers
2 DAY - This is a 2 Day service provided by New Zealand Couriers
2-4 DAY - This is a 2-4 day service provided by Castle Parcel
At the time you submit your order please indicate what your preferred freight service for your order will be.
Overnight being the more expensive option and the 2-4 Day option being more economical.
All orders under $100 will default to a 2 Day service unless otherwise stated.
Returns
Please provide the invoice number that the goods were charged on.
The best option for returning goods is to give the item to your Territory Manager with a copy of the invoice and they will process it from there.
Goods need to be in original packageing and in re-saleable condition, unless faulty.
