Please note that prices are subject to change without notice. Quantity discounts do not show on our online store, but are applied at the invoicing stage.

O.E.M. Part Numbers

Original Equipment Manufacturers' (O.E.M.) names and part numbers are used for reference only to identify Power Parts items that may be used in lieu of O.E.M. parts.

Ordering Parts

Please research your orders before phoning in or using our online web ordering system with our part numbers! We will assist if required. Also please use your customer account number as we have many accounts with the same or similar names. ("Mowers & Chain Saws" and "Chain Saws & Mowers" for example). Using your customer account number will speed up the order process and ensure that your order is dispatched (and invoiced) to the correct customer. We regret that our system cannot dispatch the parts to you and invoice some one else!

Back Order Policy

We will automatically place non-supplied items on back order unless requested otherwise.

Freight

We have two standards of freight delivery - overnight and "slow" freight. Overnight freight is more expensive than "slow" freight. Overnight freight is for parcels of limited size and weight and is sent via NZ Couriers. "slow" freight will take two to three days in the North Island and one to two days in the South Island. Large and/or overweight parcels will be despatched via our "slow" freight provider - PBT Couriers. When placing large orders, please indicate which goods are required overnight, the balance of the order will follow on "slow" freight.

Terms and conditions of sale

Accounts are to be paid in full by the 20th of the month following the date of invoice. Goods remain the property of Power Parts NZ Ltd until payment for same is received i full. Accounts outstanding one month or more will be classified as NO SUPPLY ACCOUNTS. I.E. no further goods will be supplied until the account is paid in full.
